back again after two months of hiatus! but today i just wanna count my calories, i'm sorry if it's a disappointment lol :D
breakfast - small bite of miku with butter : probably about 20 cal
lunch - rice with veg and meat: roughly 430 cal
snack
- 1.5 orange : 150 cal
- 1 kiwi: 46 cal
- some tidbits: probably 50 cal ~.~
dinner
- now this is something difficult. i had char hor fun. how does one even know how many calories is a char hor fun? so i picked the closest to it.. char koay teow.. coming in with about 700 cal !
total would be: 1400 cal
brisk walked for an hour: roughly -200 cal
net total? 1200 cal.
That's reasonable I guess :D
my stomach feels bloated though -_-
when i am back in singapore, i shall blog more about my weight loss. I was just lying down on my bed last night, thinking how .... in the world did i ever lose so much weight. but i am glad and thrilled. heee :) now it's so much easier to buy clothes. somehow, there are MY sizes available in stores now. and occasionally, i would be getting M instead of the usual L or XL.
i am still striving to lose about 5 more kg. Hopefully, by the end of next sem, I will reach my target :D
