I found this simple calorie counter... it's quite cool

just go to the link above.. it's quite general food but it gives you a rough gauge of what you have eaten...!
So I counted my brunch:
519 cal!!! that's a lot.
and my dinner:
390 cal!!!
so today i officially ate 909 cal. I know it's bad to be eating below 1000 calories per day? But I feel like I am beginning to eat more and more each day. And so, I am feeling fatter and fatter.
Oh well..........
Oh and I had soya bean milk.. which is 340 cal
So I guess today I consumed 1249 cal :O
