Gonna record down all my caloric intake from today onwards! :D Have lost 5kg so far! Wanna lose so much more!

Breakfast
Half Ban Chang Kueh = 61
Two half boiled eggs = 126
One cup of Nescafe = 89

Lunch
One plate Char Koay Teow = 300
One bowl chicken soup = 300

Dinner
One cup of VICO = 136
Two packets of Meiji Plain Crackers = 200

Exercise = -200

Total: 1012

*Rough estimates but I guess it's better than nothing ;)*
