The girl was kind enough to sms me and I told her to not switch on between 10 to 12 cause that's when I was sleeping and she was totally fine with it.

YAY! Problem solved!

But see, the problem is, another person is also using an air con.

What the hell.........

And this time, I really have no clue who it might be. The person living upstairs? I asked my next door neighbour if she heard anything at night, and guess what? She said no. And this got me really.. confused. I mean, I had tried putting my ears against her door and obviously, I swore I heard that whirring noise in her room too. Either she's absolutely a pig or she's just a pig.

But thanks to the girl downstairs, who had kept it switched off last night, and even though there were whirring noises from someone else's air con, albeit softer, I totally slept through the night. I am not quite sure if it was because I was tired and lacking of sleep or just simply because I took some cough mixture which had a drowsing effect.

So I guess the only way for me to survive here is to ensure that I come back feeling exhausted every night such that I fall onto my bed and immediately drift off to sleep.

Well, ok. Bring it on!
