I must have been so tired. I slept through the night. Thanks to Liani, I finally got to go and meet that person below me who has her air con switched on at night. But alas, she wasn't in. I knocked many many times. But nobody opened the door. So I wrote a note and stuck it on her door. Hopefully, she will see it and understand my agony.
